Taryn Hargrove Gore
Dr. Gore is a Licensed Psychologist and Licensed Specialist in School Psychology with experience working with youth and families in school, residential, inpatient, outpatient, and forensic settings.

In addition to leading Hargrove Pediatric Assessments, Dr. Gore supports an area public school district where she provides counseling, crisis intervention, comprehensive psychological evaluations, consultation and supervision.
Dr. Gore received her Doctor of Philosophy in Counseling Psychology and Human Development from Boston University, and Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Northwestern University. Prior to her graduate work, Dr. Gore obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Neuroscience from Mount Holyoke College.
Dr. Gore completed her APA Accredited Pre-Doctoral Internship within the Cypress Fairbanks school district. Following internship, Dr. Gore completed her Post-Doctoral Fellowship with the Harris County Juvenile Probation Department, TRIAD Prevention Program, which focused on the areas of assessment and trauma.

Dr. Gore's research and clinical interests include trauma, oppositional behaviors, and positive youth development.
